St. Mike’s Parish Retreat & Family Camp Registration

We are so excited to be hosting a dual Parish Retreat & Family Camp this Summer at YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park! This fun-filled weekend will take place Friday, August 4 - Sunday, August 6. There will be activities, games, and programming for all ages. All are welcome!

Please fill out the registration form below to reserve your spot! We currently have guaranteed rooms for 23 family units. We are able to add rooms depending on the availability of YMCA of the Rockies.

Registration deadline is July 1, but our Parish Retreat may fill up before then. So register as soon as you can!

Cost for the Parish Retreat & Family Camp is as follows:

  • Base Cost- $620

    • This cost includes a room for two nights with one queen bed and two sets of bunk beds as well as the full cost of 2 adult participants (5 meals each, programs, etc.).

    • Base cost is based on if we fill 20 rooms. If we fill 30 rooms, base cost will drop to $570, and if we fill 40 rooms, base cost will drop to $540. So invite your friends and encourage people to sign up!

  • Additional Costs-

    • Two adults (13+) are included in the base cost.

    • Any more participants, ages 13 and older are an additional $80 per participant.

    • Any more participants, ages 6 - 12 are an additional $50 per participant.

    • Any more participants, ages 5 and under are an additional $20 per participant.

    • These costs fully cover additional participants, including 5 meals and adventure activities.

  • Payment & Deposit Information

    • Deposit- To reserve your room, a deposit of $200 is required.

    • Deposits can be brought to the church in the form of a check with memo line: Parish Retreat Deposit.

    • Any cancellations before June 4 will receive deposit back in full.

    • Full payment is due July 4.

    • We have set scholarship money aside for this Parish Retreat & Family Camp. Please reach out to Owen with any questions regarding financial aid.

Packing Lists & Schedule will be sent out in the weeks prior to the weekend.
