Teen Mental Health First Aid Training

We have empathetic, kind, and brilliant young people at St. Michael’s. They are often the ones closest to those who are struggling with mental illnesses, mental disorders, and mental health crises. This two-day training is for High School aged teens and will equip participants with the skills to recognize, respond to, and communicate mental health illnesses, disorders, and crises in their peers. Participants will leave this training with tools to connect their peers, friends, siblings, and/or neighbors to the help that they need.
