Youth Council Application
The St. Michael’s Youth Council serves as a youth leadership team comprised of high school aged servant leaders. The members of this council cultivate valuable leadership skills and exercise these skills by providing feedback, vision, and energy for our Youth Program here at St. Michael’s. This undertaking includes, but is not limited to, planning retreats and pilgrimages, discovering and engaging in meaningful service opportunities, developing ideas that will come to life in the parish, as well as engaging in continued learning.
The Youth Council position enables participants to play an important role in the development and structure our our programs; now and in the future. Members are expected to attend scheduled Youth Council meetings and to participate in additional roles in the life of the church and youth program.
